🎯 Eligibility – Qualification & Experience (as on 04/03/2026)
- HR01 Surveyor: Diploma in Surveying / Mining / Civil with valid Surveyor Certificate of Competency (as per CMR 2017 Reg. 34(1) & DGMS Notification GSR 428(E)). Minimum 2 years’ experience in Coal Mining Field (post qualification). Annexure-A mandatory.
- HR02 Electrical Supervisor: ITI (Electrician) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering AND valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency covering mining installations (CEA Reg.115/2010, CMR 35(1)/2017). No experience required.
- HR03 Civil Engineer: Bachelor of Civil Engineering from recognised University/Institute. Minimum 03 years’ field experience (post qualification). Preference: Land acquisition related experience; candidates domiciled in Chhattisgarh.
Note: Experience means post qualification experience acquired after possessing essential qualification.

⚠️ Important – Fee Rules
- Reserved category candidates (VJ-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, SBC, OBC, SEBC, EWS) must enclose caste certificate issued by Competent Authority of Govt. of Maharashtra + valid current year Non-Creamy Layer / Income Certificate. Otherwise they will be treated as Open category and must pay Open category fee (₹944).
- Demand Draft must be drawn in favour of "MAHARASHTRA STATE POWER GENERATION CO. LTD., MUMBAI", payable at Mumbai.
- Original DD only; photocopy not accepted. Less fee = disqualification.
📝 How to Apply – Complete Offline Process
- Application form: Use the prescribed Proforma given at the end of the advertisement. Typewritten or neatly handwritten on full-scape paper (A4).
- Photograph & signature: Affix recent passport size photograph and sign at the designated place. Applications without photo/signature are rejected.
- Mandatory for Surveyor (HR01): Attach Annexure-A – Experience Certificate in the specified format, duly signed and sealed by Mine Manager / Owner. No alternative accepted.
- Self-attested copies: Attach self-attested copies of certificates for age (SSC), educational qualification, experience, caste (if applicable), Non-Creamy Layer certificate (current year), Demand Draft, etc.
- Demand Draft: Original DD for the exact fee as per category.
- Superscription on envelope: Clearly write on the envelope POST CODE – POST NAME (e.g., HR01 – Surveyor).

Initial contract: 1 year. Renewable up to another 2 years (maximum 3 years) subject to satisfactory performance and project requirement.
